Getting to know us and how to start at the Raan Group

We want to get to know you better! In a relaxed first conversation with HR, we want to get a sense of you and your job aspirations – and of course you want to get to know us too. If you impress us in this step, we will invite you to a technical discussion with your potential manager.

Now it’s getting specific! This interview, which takes place either virtually or in person, is conducted together with HR and your future department. Here we discuss professional topics and place a high value on open and honest communication. This gives everyone involved a realistic impression of the aspired position and of each other.

A look behind the scenes! Get to know your future team and your possible daily work routine. You will gain valuable insights into our exciting circular economy industry.

You have fully convinced us! We will make you a contract offer and clarify all important conditions in a personal meeting.
